Primary Care
Hegira Health's Primary Care Clinics, the Comprehensive Health Clinic (CHC) provides integrated behavioral and primary healthcare services in a single setting. This approach supports wellness during times of health, as well as meets the needs of complex medical diagnoses and treatments. Services include health assessment, physical examination, referral to external resources and long-term intervention and follow-up.
Primary Care services are available to individuals aged 18 and older.
