Adults with Serious Mental Illness

HHI's programs for adults with serious mental illness (SMI) offer a variety of services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals and their family/caregivers. Services include assessment and evaluation, access to multiple levels of treatment, support, psychosocial, housing and vocational services, referral and coordination with external resources, utilization of peer supports, Adult Foster Care (AFC) home coordination, and crisis intervention services.

HHI's professional staff consists of psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, psychologists, professional counselors, case managers, advocates, peer support specialists, nurse practitioners, and medical office assistants. Treatment staff is committed to providing the highest quality of care. Our approach to treatment is holistic. In holistic treatment, the whole person is focused on, not just the disease or illness. Treatment teams work together with each individual/family to ensure services are person-centered, comprehensive and focused on maximizing quality of life.

Most insurance and managed care programs are accepted. A sliding fee scale is offered for those who are uninsured.
