Behavioral Urgent Care for Adults 18+

Criteria for Adult Admission:

18 years and older
Individual must be voluntary and willing to engage in treatment
Medically stable - persons with acute medication conditions should go directly to an ER presenting symptoms or needs have a high likelihood of being resolved in 5 hours or less absence of acute thoughts of harm to self or others

Scope of care:
- Health Status Assessment: medical, mental health, substance use
- Medication Management
- Individual and Family/Support Person Counseling
- Care Coordination
Transportation assistance available.

Adults in need of a brief immediate treatment intervention to prevent emerging sub-acute behavioral health symptoms from progressing to the level of a crisis and the potential for a more intensive level of care.
