Who is this service intended for:
Adult Behavioral Urgent Care is designed for individuals who are medically stable, are not experiencing immediate thoughts of harm to themselves or others, and whose symptoms can likely be resolved within five hours. Individuals with acute medical conditions should seek care at the nearest emergency room.
If someone is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 9:00pm
Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Criteria for Adult Admission:

18 years and older

Individual must be voluntary and willing to engage in treatment

Medically stable
-
No life-threatening medical condition

No need for emergency medical intervention

Behavioral health symptoms that can be safely evaluated in an outpatient setting

What does “medically stable” mean?
A person is considered medically stable when they do not have a life-threatening medical condition and do not require emergency medical treatment.
Examples of situations that are not medically stable and should go directly to an ER include:

Chest pain, difficulty breathing, or seizures

Serious injury or uncontrolled bleeding

Overdose or suspected poisoning
-
Loss of consciousness
-
Severe withdrawal symptoms that may require medical monitoring
