Empowering healthy futures by helping individuals navigate First Episode Psychosis

Research indicates that 3 in 100 people will experience psychosis in their lives (National Council For Behavioral Health, 2015). What's worse is that a 1/3 of individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia will attempt suicide. Today, Hegira is proud to offer Navigate, a comprehensive treatment program for people who have had a first episode of psychosis. In this program, clients (and their families) receive help navigating the road to recovery and resilience from an episode of psychosis, including getting back to functioning well at home, at work and in the social world. For more information on our services, see below.
