Hegira Health, Inc. (HHI) provides Crisis Residential Treatment Services to adults 18 years and older that are experiencing an acute or subacute psychiatric crisis, are voluntary, and express motivation for treatment in this medically monitored, 24-hour licensed setting.

Staff
Oakdale House staff includes psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, certified peer support specialists, and trained direct care workers. Staff is trained in the evaluation and treatment of persons with mental illness and substance use disorder.
Crisis Residential is ideal for adults who:

Need psychological, psychiatric, medical and or social support to avert an acute care psychiatric hospitalization

Have recently been discharged from an acute care inpatient setting and require short-term intensive community integration assistance

Require 24-hour medication monitoring/adjusting
-
Respond positively to a small, more intimate treatment setting

Insurance & Payment
HHI accepts most managed care and insurance programs, including Medicaid, Healthy Michigan, MiChild and Medicare. Persons meeting residency and income restrictions may be eligible for public funding.
