PATHWAYS FOR SUICIDE PREVENTION
We're proud of the achievements of our Pathways for Suicide Prevention Program!
Pathways for Suicide Prevention (PSP) addressed gaps in service for adults who have attempted suicide or have been experiencing a suicidal crisis by strengthening care transitions and enhancing treatment processes using evidence-based practices. Services were immediate and provided an interdisciplinary team and 24-hour support. Hegira Health was one of fifty national award recipients—the only provider in Michigan—to receive a $799,747 SAMHSA PSP grant. The examples below are just some of the programs we provided with this grant funding.
HEGIRA HEALTH IS A LEADER IN SUICIDE PREVENTION.
